Points can be used at checkout to redeem discounts or exchange for gift cards

  • If points have been used and the order is canceled or returned, they will be returned to your rewards account.
  • Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Where to Redeem Reward Credits
After logging into the member center, scroll down and click the "My Rewards" button, then scroll down to find and click on "Ways to spend points"
Enter the amount you want to exchange
Each point can be redeemed for NT$ 1 worth of rewards. Based on your accumulated points, you can enter any amount you want and click Redeem.
Complete redemption
After the redemption is completed, you will receive your designated reward code, which can be used directly in the next order.
Available rebates
If you do not want to use the redeemed rewards for the time being, the system will save the redemption code for you and you can use it next time you check out.

Gift Card Transfer
You can see the code you redeemed in the available rewards/gift cards. The system will also email the gift card to your mailbox, which you can forward to your relatives and friends.
