FAQ
Can I upgrade from a standard membership to a Stored Value Membership?
Yes! Once you purchase the Stored Value Membership plan, your account will be upgraded automatically. All previously accumulated points and purchase history will be retained.
Do points expire?
We recommend using your points within the year to maintain continuity in your health tracking. However, if you haven't used them all, points will automatically carry over to the following year.
Can my family share my points?
Yes! You can convert your points into a gift card and share it with family members using the "Redeem Gift Card" feature.
How do I share with family?
Please refer to the Member Privileges — it only takes 3 simple steps to convert your points into a gift card for your loved ones.
Can I choose my own test items?
The final decision is always yours. Your consultant's role is to provide professional recommendations — for example, identifying which markers need to be tracked based on your previous data — but there is absolutely no pressure to purchase. We require a consultation before each test simply to ensure your choices truly match your needs.
What if I'm too busy to get tested for an entire year?
Your points will be retained. However, health data is most valuable when tracked consistently over time. We recommend messaging your consultant directly — we also offer additional blood draw options at an extra fee.
Can I get a refund if I don't use all my points?
Yes. Upon refund, the points you have already used will be deducted, along with the 8% bonus reward points, and the remaining amount will be returned to your designated account within 10 business days. Please contact us if you wish to request a refund.
Can I request a specific consultant?
Yes! This is an exclusive benefit for Stored Value Members. If you find a consultant you work particularly well with, you can designate them to be responsible for your long-term health management.
Can external lab data be integrated?
Yes! Your 4 hrs of annual consultant time includes the "External Lab Data Analysis & Filing" service. Simply provide your past health check reports to your consultant and we will help integrate them into your YOUNGER health profile.
