Health Report Walkthrough + One-on-One Consultation
Hand your blood test report to a YOUNGER functional medicine consultant. We turn the numbers on it into a structured report, in Chinese or English, whichever you choose. Then, in a one-on-one video session, we walk you through what those numbers mean, how they relate to each other, and what you can adjust next.

- This is a data interpretation and health management service, not a medical diagnosis. If your results are seriously abnormal, please see a doctor promptly
Someone said “normal,” so you talked yourself out of thinking about it
You feel tired, you feel off, but your values are either a little high without being flagged, or flagged yet “not that high.” Your doctor says to keep an eye on it. So you put it down to work, or to getting older. After this happens a few times you stop asking, and you slowly forget that health needs managing at all. “Not sick” is not the same as “doing well.”
A health check asks whether you’re sick. Functional medicine asks how your body is running
A health check is built to detect disease, and its reference ranges are drawn at disease thresholds. It does that job well. It just isn’t the question you’re asking. Functional medicine adds a layer: the same number, compared against optimal ranges, shows the signals that haven’t turned into flagged results yet. The two don’t conflict. Bringing us the same report adds another angle.
Living abroad shouldn’t mean your health management stops
For people working, studying, or living overseas long term, the problem isn’t finding somewhere to draw blood. It’s that once the results come back, no one explains them to you. Different language, different units, different medical system. This service was built from the start for you when you’re not in Taiwan: test locally, send us the report, and a consultant explains it in a language you understand. Your data also accumulates in one place, so you don’t start over every time you move.
40 minutes, turning numbers into things you can actually do
Your consultant reads your values alongside your diet, sleep, stress, and exercise habits, then tells you which ones really relate to how you feel right now, which ones can wait, and how to adjust what you eat, what you supplement, how you move, and how you sleep. What you get isn’t a glossary. It’s things you can start tomorrow. For the next 120 days, your consultant keeps checking in on your progress via LINE.
Have you said any of these to yourself
Your report is in English or another language, and the units don’t match what you’re used to
Every value lands in the “normal range,” yet you wake up tired, lose focus by three in the afternoon, and still carry the fatigue into the next day after a full eight hours of sleep
“The doctor said it’s normal, so it’s probably fine.” You talk yourself out of thinking about it, but the way your body feels doesn’t go away
A flagged value isn’t bad enough to medicate, but you want to bring it back down instead of waiting for it to get worse
You get blood work every year, but the reports sit across different hospitals, different apps, and different folders, with nowhere that keeps them together
At your current workload and sleep, you already know your body is running a deficit. You just don’t know how big it is
You ask AI and get a long list of suggestions that all look right, with no order of priority, which effectively asks you to change ten things at once. You give up after two days
