The 120-Day Sports Breakthrough Plan — Q&A

Within 10 to 14 working days of your purchase and sample collection, your advisor runs a functional medicine analysis and comparison on your data and builds an improvement plan around your goals. Once the report is published, you get a one-to-one online walkthrough covering where your body stands, what the underlying risks are and what to fix first.

From the day of that session, the 120 days of advisor support begin, helping you reach your training goals (requires the LINE service).
Endurance sport is a long war against stress and oxidation. Accumulated cortisol and free radicals are what leave you flat and running on empty in the later stages of training. This plan monitors blood and urine to manage stress hormones precisely and supply the key antioxidant nutrients, preventing muscle loss while speeding up metabolic clearance. The aim is to optimise recovery, so your body can finally repair as fast as your ambition demands and you can go further
If you have hit a wall, this matters. The reason a lot of bodybuilders cannot grow is that the body has been in an inflammatory state for a long time. When inflammation markers are high, the body locks the muscle growth pathway.
Blood testing shows you the real state of your testosterone and cortisol. Get that ratio wrong and no amount of heavy lifting or whey protein is doing anything but producing very expensive waste
Getting weaker the more you train? That is a warning sign of central nervous system (CNS) overload. High-intensity training burns through magnesium, zinc and B vitamins and leaves metabolic waste behind, and ignoring it risks serious injury such as a tendon rupture. This plan clears that build-up quickly and replaces the minerals your nerve conduction needs, so you can reset those connections and get back the explosiveness that answers the moment you call on it
Plenty of women train hard and eat like a bird, and body fat still will not move — or the body looks permanently puffy and water-retentive. The problem usually is not the training programme; it is that your hormones and metabolism are working against you. This sports performance panel will find your training blind spots, but for your situation what you really need is the broader functional testing behind it, such as oestrogen metabolism and inflammation markers. We suggest booking a consultation to confirm this with an advisor
Do you know why so many weekend warriors end up looking older and more worn out than people who do not train at all?
Because high-intensity exercise generates a great deal of oxidative stress in the form of free radicals. Professional athletes use data to top up antioxidants and clear those toxins. If you do not, those free radicals go to work on your skin and your organs.
That is the most dangerous assumption of all. By the time you feel tired, cortisol has usually been high for a long while, sometimes to the point of adrenal fatigue. Rest at that stage, without the right nutritional repair such as magnesium and B vitamins, simply will not put back what the body has lost
Scientists found that Olympic champion Michael Phelps cleared lactate twice as fast as the average person, which is why he recovered so quickly. That part is talent. But mitochondrial testing shows us where your own metabolism is stuck — a shortfall in B vitamins or CoQ10, for instance. What you get from that: we cannot give you Phelps's genetics, but we can use data to tune your metabolic engine to the limit of what your body can do
Plenty of athletes felt fine right up to the moment they went down. Every year, competitors are taken from CrossFit events to emergency dialysis. Why? Because they ignored urine turning darker and CK (creatine kinase) climbing in their blood. They took it as proof of hard work; it was rhabdomyolysis.

This plan is insurance for your athletic career. We monitor those danger markers for you, so you can be sure you are training your muscles, not dissolving your kidneys
