Target Audience
- Fitness Enthusiasts (Men/Women): For those facing performance plateaus, seeking to boost physical conditioning, understanding sports injuries, or looking to enhance endurance and muscle strength.

Program Duration
- 100 Days (It is recommended that participants training for an upcoming event begin preparation early. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via LINE.)
- Fast for at least 8 hours (no food after midnight on the day of your test)
- Aim to complete your blood draw before 11am, in line with your endocrine circadian rhythm
- Drink at least 300ml of plain water beforehand — it makes the draw more comfortable
- Avoid heavy meals, alcohol and intense exercise the day before, as these can affect your results
- Results and recommendations are not a diagnostic report and cannot replace a doctor’s diagnosis or treatment. Please seek professional medical care if you feel unwell
Do any of these sound familiar?
Why does doubling my training volume lose me muscle instead of building it — and kill my libido too?
Why am I still exhausted after resting? Am I just not sleeping enough?
Why does more training keep making my performance worse?
Is it really just my age? Can I never be what I was when I was younger?
I have bought all these supplements — so why do I feel nothing?
95 markers, one by one
68 core biomarkers across the six Body Decode systems, plus 27 markers of in-depth mitochondrial energy analysis. Not single numbers in isolation, but how the systems affect one another. Pick a category below or search, then tap any marker to read more.
Four steps to start decoding your body

Turn a lab sheet you cannot read into something your training can follow
Every biomarker is graded optimal, watch or alert, and each test adds to your trend curve — so you can watch your body move, step by step, in the right direction
Special forces of the immune system — they target infected cells and tumour cells and clear viruses.
How well your cells use insulin. High resistance means cells cannot turn glucose into energy efficiently, which drags on every other system.
The adrenal "energy hormone", reflecting stress and ageing. Low levels are common in chronic fatigue and around menopause.
Total antioxidant capacity — how well your body protects itself against free radical damage. Typically drops markedly in cancer, diabetes and myocardial infarction.
Tissue polypeptide antigen reflects cell proliferation and turnover rate, and serves as a supporting reference for tumour activity.
Your average blood sugar over the past three months — a read on long-term glucose control and metabolic stability.
Alpha-fetoprotein, a supporting screening marker for liver cancer and some germ cell tumours.
Carcinoembryonic antigen, a common tracking marker for colorectal and lung cancers. Smoking can also raise it slightly.

Blood testing shows you the real state of your testosterone and cortisol. Get that ratio wrong and no amount of heavy lifting or whey protein is doing anything but producing very expensive waste
Because high-intensity exercise generates a great deal of oxidative stress in the form of free radicals. Professional athletes use data to top up antioxidants and clear those toxins. If you do not, those free radicals go to work on your skin and your organs.
This plan is insurance for your athletic career. We monitor those danger markers for you, so you can be sure you are training your muscles, not dissolving your kidneys
