Q. What are the delivery methods for nutrient products? How is the shipping fee calculated?
Domestic purchases over 2,000 yuan are entitled to free shipping (limited to physical goods, excluding testing products). Overseas delivery services are currently not provided.

Q. After purchasing nutrient products, can I cancel the order?
You can contact customer service staff for assistance before shipping. If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Please change the return process.

YOUNGER upholds product quality requirements and a responsible attitude towards customers, and will conduct strict controls and inspections before shipment.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, in order to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers, consumers who shop online are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period (including holidays). Health care products are food products, and the returned products must be unopened or have no human defects. Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
If there is any problem with the product you receive, please contact the team through the official Line account or the official website smart customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. After being assessed as meeting the return conditions, we will handle the return or exchange for you as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges are not provided under the following circumstances:
1. Exceeding the 7-day hesitation period (including holidays)
