One blood draw measures 7 tumour markers, which an AI algorithm then integrates into a single risk score (Low / Moderate / High). Compared with reading each value on its own, it shows the relationships between markers and the overall trend.

Worth testing if:

  • You want a cancer risk baseline while still symptom-free
  • A family history of cancer
  • Your annual check only runs one or two tumour markers and you want a fuller picture
  • You want to track change over time using one consistent set of markers

What this test is for

A single blood draw measures seven tumour markers plus one AI-integrated risk score, so possible signs of cancer can be detected earlier.

OneTest™ cancer risk detection combines multiple blood tumour markers with an AI-calculated composite risk score, letting us pick up hidden abnormalities before a diagnosis exists — and put lifestyle and prevention strategies in place early

8 biomarkers

AFP (liver)
Alpha-fetoprotein, a supporting screening marker for hepatocellular carcinoma and some germ cell tumours. It is also affected by hepatitis and cirrhosis.
CEA (colorectal, lung)
Carcinoembryonic antigen, a common follow-up marker for colorectal and lung cancer. Smokers may run slightly higher, so it should be read alongside other markers.
CA19-9 (pancreas, biliary tract)
The principal tumour marker for the pancreas and biliary system. It can also rise with biliary obstruction or inflammation.
CYFRA 21-1 (lung)
A cytokeratin fragment with higher sensitivity for non-small cell lung cancer, usually read together with CEA.
SCC (squamous cell carcinoma)
Squamous cell carcinoma antigen, associated with tumours of squamous origin such as the cervix, oesophagus and head and neck.
PSA / CA15-3 (male / female: prostate / breast)
PSA for men (prostate) and CA15-3 for women (breast cancer follow-up), matched automatically to biological sex.
EBV / CA125 (male / female: nasopharyngeal / ovarian)
EBV antibodies for men (nasopharyngeal carcinoma) and CA125 for women (ovarian), matched automatically to biological sex.
AI composite risk score
All seven markers are fed into an algorithm that returns one of three levels — Low, Moderate or High. It reads the relationships between markers rather than whether any single value is high or low.

Frequently asked questions

No symptoms means no need for cancer screening?

Early cancer usually has no symptoms. OneTest™ helps detect risk while change is still invisible, improving the chance of early treatment; Explanation and Interpretation of OneTest™

Can one blood draw really look at multiple cancers?

The US OneTest™ standard version measures seven tumour markers (AFP, CEA, CA 19-9, CYFRA 21-1, CA 15-3 or PSA, CA 125 or EBV) plus an overall AI score. OneTest™ multi-cancer screening detects cancers earlier

Are tumour markers reliable?

A single marker is prone to false positives, but combining multiple markers with an AI model significantly raises sensitivity — early detection rates can reach 82%+
