While participating in the 100K cross-country race, I deeply realized the importance of functional medicine, nutrition and diet

In addition to physical, technical and psychological preparation, diet and nutritional supplements during the competition are even more crucial.



Before the competition, my ligament injury was not detected, and my body's recovery speed was not proportional to my fatigue level. Even though I made a lot of adjustments in my training volume and daily routine, I could still feel the warning signals from my body. Through blood tests and the consultant's analysis, I found that my special training program still lacked many nutrients, such as selenium, iron, Q10 and D3. These different test items allowed me to have a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of psychology on physiological values.
